Requirements :

1. Membership of the PDEXCIL.

2. Confirmation of your Participation by 30/11/2002 by Fax/Courier.

3. Samples to reach PDEXCIL office by 3 0/11/2002 in the following manner :-

Made-up Items : Samples of made-up items such as terry towels and bedlinen etc. should be in a package form. Each package should bear PDEXCIL's prescribed label (as per specimen enclosed) containing all the details mentioned therein (Annex I).

4. Name of the representative to attend the PDEXCIL's stall (At his own cost & arrangement) (If permitted by the Council).

5. Please note that the Council shall not meet any cost or charges for Participants visiting the fair.

6. The samples are to be chosen, on first come first served (FCFS) basis. Last date for receipt of samples is 30th of November, 2002. Please note samples shall not be accepted after this date.

7. Only the samples selected by the Council shall be displayed in the stall booked by the PDEXCIL. Members may however note that their rejected samples shall not be returned by the Council.

8. Samples with marking "SECOND/SUB-STANDARD" will not be put up for display. Samples must be of high quality and should not have any manufacturing/visual defect.

9. Samples without a label and with incomplete details will not be sent for display.

10. Your samples will not be exhibited in case you are black-listed by the Government or any Government Agency or in case there are any court proceedings or de-registration action in process.

11. Batch No./Sort No./Quality No. must be mentioned on the label.

12. Samples should be accompanied by a statement giving all the details contained therein. Proforma statement is given at Annex-II.

13. The final decision regarding selection of samples for display rests with the Council. The Council will be free to accept or reject samples at its discretion. The Council also reserves the right to gift the samples to prospective buyers which shall be at the discretion of the officers deputed to the fair. Please remember samples will not be returned by the Council after the fair.

14. The Council shall not be responsible for any litigation arising out of piracy of designs/copyrights/patents etc.

15. Participation will be subjected to the Rules and Regulation laid down in this behalf by the Govt. Authorities.

16. The title of the exhibition should be indicated on the parcel/carton i.e. "SAMPLES FOR HEIMTEXTIL FRANKFURT 2003".

17. Please note only Council Officers & persons deputed by the Council will stand in PDEXCIL's stall. Members shall not be allowed to stand in the stalls to display their samples, if not deputed by the Council.

Interest evinced by the visiting trade buyers in any sample displayed in our stand will be circulated to the concerned members making reference to the particular batch number/sort number/quality No. for follow-up by members.

DEADLINE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SAMPLES BY PDEXCIL :         30TH OF NOVEMBER, 2002.

Samples must reach Mr. ANIL SINGH, Secretary at PDEXCIL, 16, 1st Floor, Mittal Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 on or before 5.00 p.m. on     3 0/11/2002
