SUB : SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY EXPORT RETURNS
One of the conditions of Registration is that the Exporter is required to submit their monthly Export Returns including 'Nil" Returns regularly within 15 days of the close of the Quarter as follows : |

We are enclosing proforma for submitting Export Returns. All Registered Members of the Council are requested to submit Monthly Export Returns in the enclosed format regularly in time to avoid being placed in the defaulters list and subsequent de-registration. As per revised MDA guidelines w.e.f. 01.04.2004, it is compulsory for the members of the concerned EPC to file export returns with the Council regularly. Members not filling export returns as above shall not be eligible for MDA assistance for export promotion activities abroad. Please treat the above matter as most urgent. |
