Your Committee of Administration is pleased to submit herewith the audited Balance Sheet as on 31^st of March, 2002 and Income & Expenditure Account for the year ended on that day.

The Income & Expenditure Account after providing for all known and anticipated charges discloses an excess income of Rs.60,59,314.44 over expenditure during the year. After adding the credit balance of Income and Expenditure Account of the last year amounting to Rs.2,35,05,283.30 it comes to Rs.2,95,64,597.74 which is carried forward.

An amount of Rs.47,24,652.65 shown as current liabilities in the Balance Sheet includes Advance Membership renewal fees (2002-2003)-Rs.2,00,000/-, participation fees for BSM Hyderabad Rs. 2,400/-, One Man SST/Consortium approach Rs. 20,121.26, Advance received from members towards Prime Minister National Relief Fund Rs. 7,74,200/- & outstanding dues Rs.37,27,931.39
