Review of Progress of TUFS

As on 31/03/2003, 2092 applications have been received under the scheme with a project cost of Rs. 15802 crore and a loan requirement of Rs. 9067 crore. 1825 applications have been sanctioned a loan amount of Rs. 5979 crore. Rs. 4343 crore have been disbursed in respect of 1485 applications. The project cost in respect of sanctioned and disbursed cases are Rs. 12212 crore and Rs. 10391 crore respectively.

Progress of the TUFS during the last twelve months reveals that the progress was good in the months of August, Sept. and Dec, 2002. In the remaining months the progress was moderate.
