To elect a member to the Committee of Administration in place of Shri Mohd. Vasi Haji Sharfuddin (Northern Region) who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election thereto;
 

To appoint Auditors from the conclusion of the said meeting and until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Council and to fix their remuneration, subject to the concurrence of the Government of India, as required under articles 55 and 56 of the Articles of Association of the Council;
