Sub: Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS).

1. Providing an option to the Small Scale Textile and Jute Industry:

 Ministry of Textiles, vide its letter no.28/21/2001-CT-1 dated 27th Dec., 2001, has informed that Govt. has now decided to provide, with immediate effect, an option to the Small Scale Textile and Jute Industries to avail of either upfront Credit Linked Capital Subsidy or the existing 5% interest reimbursement under the Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS).
This may please be brought to the notice of all concerned.
